This camera has the ability to handle Compact Flash cards to increase the storage capacity up to 32GB. The trigger speed is as quick as 1/10th of a second. When you have an animal moving about, the advanced motion detector is sure to sense it. Using the NearVideo™ technology you can observe animals at up to 5 frames each second. When you take a picture using your Reconyx camera there is no need to wait for it to re-trigger. You can take another picture right away.
The camera is very durable and able to function at temperatures ranging from -40° to 120° Fahrenheit. Its unique BatterySaver™ technology extends the life of the battery in terms of months or up to over 10,000 pictures. You can program these technologically advanced camera conveniently from your laptop or PC. The time-lapse interval can be made to take pictures in seconds, minutes or hours. You can set the cameras up on two separate daily schedules. One schedule for events sensed by the motion detector and another for time-lapse photos.
On every picture, the camera records the time, date, temperature, moon phase, as well as a label that you define. Reconyx cameras include the use of the unique CodeLoc™ theft deterrent pass code detection system. The threaded tripod mount accepts various camera mounting systems.
